We're the Catholic community of Tadley, Mortimer, Burghfield Common, Kingsclere and the villages around. We aim to be friendly, welcoming and strong in our faith. We invite you to join us in prayer and worship. We're proud of our Catholic Faith in the risen Christ and are keen to share it with you!
We have two churches - St Michael's in Tadley and St Oswald's in Burghfield Common.
Our parish priest is Father Patrick Tansey.
For new parishioners please feel free to introduce yourself to a welcomer before Mass or our priest afterwards. Alternatively use the form on the contact us part of this website.
An important facility available to our Parish is the hall behind St. Oswald's Church in Burghfield Common. This is known as "The Leonard Rooms" after the first parish priest of the new church, Leonard Vickers OSB who went on to become abbot of Douai Abbey before he died.
The Leonard Rooms are available for Parish activities and also for the wider community. A multiplicity of local clubs and organizations use the hall, it also houses the local food bank.
Having read the above link which gives details of the facilities the hall can offer, please read the following documents for further details about arrangements for using the hall:-
